Sendai Tanabata Festival, one of the ‘three great festivals’ of Tohoku, was held from August 6th – 8th and attracted over 2.1 million visitors over three days! The wishes sent in by the winners of our Tanabata Campaign were also displayed among the decorations! Sendai Tanabata Festival will be held over the same three days next year, from August 6th to 8th.
